Return and Refund Policy

All Pomme NY products are handmade or made to order. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, sizing preference, color preference, or customer ordering error.

Please review all product details, customization selections, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@pommeny.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are final sale once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all requested colors, text, spelling, artwork, and other customization details before production.

Pomme NY is not responsible for mistakes contained in information or artwork submitted or approved by the customer.

Shipping Issues

Pomme NY is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.
